Clean up spills quickly.
Clean up spills as soon as they happen.
Many carpet fibres are actually quite slow to absorb liquid spills. Use paper towel, tissues or even toilet tissue to blot up spills quickly before they have a chance to soak in.
Then follow the directions on our spot and spill removal guide.
Do not apply a detergent or any cleaning agent before you blot up as much of the spill as possible as this actually can speed up the absorbency rate and set a stain.

Maintain your leather lounge
On the Sunshine Coast we have a lot of salt in the air. This combines with the salts and sweat from our bodies to build up a sticky layer on our leather furniture.
Buy a good quality microfibre cleaning cloth and keep it for your leather lounge. Wet it with fairly warm water and wring it out thoroughly. Wipe this over your leather lounge once a month to reduce the build up of these fatty and salty soils.
Ideally you should apply a protection /conditioning creme treatment to body contact areas every 3 months, but if this gets a bit tedious then call ABBsolve Services to professionaly clean, condition and protect your leather furniture every 12 to 18 months to keep it looking good.
