We would like to give you a little history about our business. We began our carpet and upholstery cleaning business in 1982. The main focus and passion which drove us was to deliver a quality service in a professional manner for customers seeking carpet and upholstery cleaning services. Our business  (formerly ACM Carpet Cleaners) rapidly grew and we were proud to be considered as one of the best carpet and upholstery cleaning companies in Brisbane. 

In 1995 customer demand soon lead us to estabish a Specialty Rug Cleaning service as this was not available in Brisbane at the time. This was a sharp learning curve for us as we had to develop solutions and techiques to address the different challenges that cleaning rugs posed. Rugs are not carpets and should not be cleaned the same way. Our reputation soon grew and we were kept busy cleaning all types and styles of rugs being sent to us from rug dealers and customers from all over.  

We moved to the Sunshine Coast region in 1998 to scale back our lifestyle and to stop and smell the roses for a while! Still being passionate about our craft and wanting to stay in the industry, Col and I developed a small specialist business offering services that other companies cannot. In the industry we are considered the trouble shooters. Our customers are not only the general public, but carpet and upholstery cleaners, carpet and upholstery retailers and manufacturers, real estate agencies, insurance companies, builders and just about anyone who may have issues with their furnishings, carpets or rugs. 

Col's specific skills have lead to the demand for him to pass on his knowledge to others. He is now a qualified trainer teaching Certificate II and III in Asset Maintenance - Carpet Cleaning Operations; which is the Australian qualification for the carpet and upholstery cleaning industry as well as trainer for the WoolSafe Organisation. Colin's reputation has grown and he is sought by companies in Australia and overseas to train people in the skills and knowledge of carpet, upholstery and rug cleaning so they too can produce excellent results and help grow the industry in a positive manner. 

My skills are in business management, customer service and quality assurance. Colin and I have worked together now for nearly 30 years and it's my job to keep Colin in line and ensure that we look after you and your furnishings.
